He is survived by: his wife Marlene Sack (Denton); his children, Jennifer Perry (Mick), Eric Sack (Tonya) and Brenton Sack; his grandchildren, Heather Perry, Allison Perry (Garrett), Madison Perry, Caleb Perry, Alexandria Sack, Briana Sack (Cameron), Colton Sack (Shantell), Seth Sack, Jerry Sack and KayLynn Sack; his great grandchildren, Elena, Dane, Ember, Elijah, Hayes and Amias; his siblings, Marcie Cook, Jane Kincaid (Randy), Jim Sack (Beverly) and Paul Sack (Becky); his brother-in-law Marvin Clark; and his aunt JoAnn Miller. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (208 W Bertrand Ave, St Marys, KS 66536). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
