She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Edward Patrick; her former husband Robert Flerlage; her husband Howard Heim; her brothers, Robert Rafferty, W. Keith Rafferty and Richard Rafferty; her son-in-law Bill Morford; her granddaughter Kristin Morford; her children, Jeanette Grauerholz (Dana) of St. Marys, KS, Kenneth Flerlage of Havensville, KS, Loretta VandeVelde (Steve) of Lawrence, KS, Nancy Morford of St. Marys, KS, Thomas Flerlage (Muggins) of St. Marys, KS and Douglas Flerlage (Stacy) of Olathe, KS.; her grandchildren, Brett, Travis, Laura, Alexa, Cody, Darci, Rebeka, Megan, Daniel, Robbie, Dylan and Derik; and her brother Raymond Rafferty of Gladstone, MO.. She was also cherished by eighteen great-grandchildren.
