It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Astle of Saint John, Kansas, born in Haven, Kansas, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homer and Marie A. Astle (Guhl); his wife Doris Jean (Cadman); his stepbrothers, Bob and Tom Cantwell; and his sisters, Dorothy Chain, Ruth Aleshire and Mary Hardy.

He is survived by: his children, Chuck Astle of Pratt, KS, Jim Astle (Debra) and Ann Franco of Pratt, KS. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Gentiva Hospice or First United Methodist Church in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS 67576.
