He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morris and Inez Marie Jaco (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Maureen Mock; his children, Jana Kuhn (Ray) of Overland Park, KS, Michael Jaco (Bonnie) of Springfield, CO and Jill Brin (Mark) of Godley, TX; his grandchildren, Jesse Jaco (Jena), Braxton Brin, Adam Kuhn, Aaron Kuhn (Stephanie) and Amber Kuhn; his great grandchildren, Tyler Jaco, Grayson and Callahan Kuhn; his brother John W. Jaco Sr.; and his nephew John W. Jaco, Jr..
