He was predeceased by: his parents, Eberado Trevino and Leonora Avalos Trevino; his son Christopher Trevino; and his siblings, Dionicio, Lupe, Philip Trevino, Angie Gutierrez, Judy Delgado and Maria Arguello.

He is survived by: his wife Stacy Trevino (Boele); his children, Frank Trevino, Jr. (Giovanna), Christian Trevino, Cynthia Martin (Fernando) of Tulsa, OK, Estella (Tim), Jennifer Garcia (Antonio) of Memphis, TN and Christina Trevino (LaShawna) of Mankato, MN; his sister Janet Trevino of Garden City, KS; and his sister-in-law Janie Trevino of Austin, TX. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren.
