She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maddox and Lola Maddox; and her husband Carl M. Bice, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Greg Bice, Karen Swendson and Marsha Fisher; and her sister Phyllis Kay Glover. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
