She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Leslie and Velma Mae Smith (Sowers); her spouses, Ivan "Bud" Milton and Jerry O. Trujillo; and her children, Sonja Staab (Conrad), Bill Milton (Tammy) and Ivan Milton (Lisa). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and her extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House or Trinity Community Church in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS 67576.
