He is survived by: his wife Daisy Stevenson; his sons, Matthew Stevenson Jr., Chance Stevenson, Dominic Stevenson and Tyler Stevenson; his brother Chris Stevenson; his parents-in-law, Dan Cook and Patty Cook; his brothers-in-law, Tim Cook (Tori) and Danny Cook (Becky); and his nieces and nephews, Danny, Corena Toby, Andrea, Alexis, Abigail, Cayson, Drake, Tristan, Gideon and Honoria. He is also survived by many cousins and loving friends.
