She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest A. Hurst and Vina Roberta Osborn (Jackson); her husband Gary Lee Witmer; and her siblings, Charles Hurst, Donald Hurst, Belva Dishman and Dora Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda J. McCoy (Jim) of Saint George, Mary A. Stevenson (Kenneth) of St. George, Gary Lee Witmer, Jr. of Manhattan and Mike Sean Witmer of Manhattan; her brother Billy Osborn of Grove, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Nik McCoy, Crystal Heath, Brenda Stevenson, Joshua Stevenson and Justin Stevenson; her great grandchild Trenton McCoy; and her grandchildren, Colton Smith, Kaelyn McCoy, Gabriel Taber and Haylee Heath.
