He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Erika Sterling (Jeremy) of Norman, OK; his mother Marjorie Abel (Lewis) of Winfield; his stepchildren, Sande Carpenter of Lincoln, NE, Barbie Meints (Neal) of Beatrice, NE and Patrick Johnson (Heidi) of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Zac Meints, Ben Meints, Spencer Carpenter, Anna Johnson and Caroline Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, Bill had requested donations be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, Winfield Veteran's Home or the charity of your choice.
