He is survived by: his children, Tanina Cooper (Uriah) of WaKeeney and Tal Earl (Kayla) of Laramie, Wyoming; his grandchildren, MeDora Cooper, Leland Cooper, Rider Cooper, Ryan Randolph, Ethan Randolph and Jayden Earl; his niece Diane Powers of Kansas; his great-nephew Thomas Powers; and his great-niece Tallelisa Powers of Oklahoma.
