He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Sandra Jean Baker and Jerry; his children, Sherri Williams of Chanute, KS, Sarah Williams and Randy Lockard of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Floyd E. Moody (Cheryl) of Enid, OK, Teresa Collins (Wayne), Robert E. Williams Sr. (Brenda I.) of Chanute, KS, Iris Kay Helm of Joplin, MO, Lynn Williams of Pittsburg, KS and Christy Fritch of Humboldt, KS; and his sister-in-law Charlene Williams of Chanute, KS.
