He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Curtis and Dorothy Curtis; his former wife Connie Marie Jantz; his wife Sheila Davis; and his brother Ronnie.
He is survived by: his children, Jason (Julianne), Mandy (Danny), Derek (Amie) and Kendra (Brian); his brother Jack (Debbie); his grandchildren, Elise, Charlie (Mandy), Carter, Parker (Derek), Emily (Jason), Logan, Brennan and Kenna (Kendra); his great grandchildren, Charlee, Ezra and Rowan (Emily); and his pet Snoozy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
