He is survived by: his children, Dustin Wallace of Haysville, KS and Samantha Wallace of Wichita, KS; his sister Donnalynn Osterman (Richard); his girlfriend Fiona; and his nephews, Taylor Cunningham of Wichita, KS and Kyle Osterman (Tristan Wilson) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by 2 great nephews and great niece.
