Winifred Ruse Haflich Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winifred Ruse Haflich of Sabetha, Kansas, who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy E. Ruse and Helen Ruse (Phillips); her husband Ival R. Haflich; and her brother Austin "Ted" E. Ruse. She is survived by: her children, Anne (Randy Keplinger) of Topeka, Kansas, Jim (Cheryl) of Longmont, Colorado, Laurie (Larry Chandler) of Topeka, Kansas and Sara (Gary Hendricks) of Uniontown, Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Austin, Adrianna Hendricks and Zachary Chandler.
Memorial contributions may be made to the District #113 Educational Foundation - Esther P. Carpenter Scholarship and to the Mary Cotton Public Library in Sabetha, Kansas sent in care of the Popkess Mortuary, 823 Virginia Street, Sabetha, Kansas 66534.
