He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Puvogel and Emma Puvogel (Boss); his wife Bonnie Puvogel (Fugua); his daughter Lori Puvogel; and his brothers, Virgil and Lawrence Puvogel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teressa Plank (Jim) of Owasso and Lisa Werth (Kevin) of Ozawkie, Kansas; his brother Marvin Puvogel (Gwen) of Paola, Kansas; and his grandsons, Aaron Plank (Stephanie) of Puyallup and Timothy Plank of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
