She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Lynell Stuart and Rama Morene Stuart (Alexander); and her son Robert David Burton. She is survived by: her husband James Burton of Sabetha; her children, Stuart Burton of Sabetha, Christina Stover (Craig) of Hiawatha and Jennifer Streett (John) of Fairview, Kansas; her sister Saundra Carlson (Ralph) of Fort Scott, Kansas; her siblings-in-law, Jesse Burton (Carol) of Shelbyville, Joe Burton of Raytown, Missouri and Ruth East of Independence, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Logan Burton, Andrew Stover, Elizabeth "Libbie" Stover and John Robert Streett.
