She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine Sawyer and Neal Sawyer. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Cook of Mesa, Arizona; her daughters, Stacy Cook (Laurie Kemplay) of Indianapolis and Jenne Cook of Topeka; and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews.
