He was predeceased by: his grandfather Quentin Cook; his uncle Mark Munger Jr.; and his cousin Caitlynn Taylor. He is survived by: his grandparents, Don, Gerrianne Heim, Brad, Kris Creek, Gale, Bob Anderton, Mark and Laurel Munger; his mothers, Melanie Cook Creek and Lisa Creek; and his siblings, Christian Grimm, Gabi Cook, Adrianne, Emily, Aubrey, Leah, Seth and Nate Creek.
