She is survived by: her children, Gerry Hayden of Sabetha, Sherry Hayden (Bud) of Valley Falls, Kansas and Larry Osburn (Connie) of Bend, Oregon; her grandchildren, Erin Capettini (Chris) of Paola, Kyle Hayden (Katy) of Eudora, Brent Hayden (Marla) of Sabetha, Shannon Ferguson (Scott) of Altoona, Dr. Shelby Hayden (Phil Kowalski) of Lawrence, Shalee Ahmann (Nic) of Watertown, Marcus Osburn of Laguna Niguel, Lisa Magness (Dave) of Bend, Michelle Osburn (Mark Adams) of Bend Oregon and Seth Osburn (Jing) of Cathedral City, California; her great grandchildren, PJ, Julia Capettini, Meron, Gage, Brette Hayden, Colby, Alexia Hayden, Delaney, Case Ferguson, Jackson, Charlei Ahmann, Erien Schrader (Samuel), Sydney, Dovrann Osburn and Cole Rynning; her great great grandchildren, Daniel, Ethan, Gwen Schrader and Jirah Osburn; and her sister Lois Kientz of Valley Falls, Kansas..
