He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Rokey and Emma Rokey (Strahm); his wife Evelyn Ruth Halbert; and his siblings, Viola Mishler, Andrew Rokey, Pearl Williamson, Alice Herrmann, Bert Rokey, Ollie Rokey, Ruby Berkley and Irene Mendenhall.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lyons of Sabetha, Kyle Rokey (Lisa) of Des Moines, Lori Rokey of Fayetteville, Scott Rokey (Theresa) of Baileyville and Paige Rokey (Susan) of Sabetha; his grandchildren, Shanna Rokey (Meg), John Lyons (Debbie), Kelly Ford (Chet), Tyler Rokey (Sarah), Ian Robinson (Sam), Neil Robinson, Catherine Mee (Zach), Lexie Rokey, Piper Rokey and Irish Rokey; and his great grandchildren, Mache, Farrah Ford, Emmet, Delilah Lyons and Bella Rose Robinson.
