He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald LeRoy Quaife and Melba Louise Quaife (Hedrick); his wife Jerri Sue; and his siblings, Gary Wayne Quaife and Cheryl Louise Potter.
He is survived by: his brother Stephen Ross Quaife; and his sister-in-law Sherry of Stover, Missouri..
