He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hatch (Burns) of Sabetha, Kansas; his daughter Mindy Geist of Sabetha; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Cory, Jordie and Karley. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
