He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milburn Johnstone and Rosie May Johnstone (Banks); and his nephew Timothy Lange. He is survived by: his siblings, William Johnstone (Kathy) of Bartlesville, Emma Mattwaoshshe (Michael) of Horton and Ruth Lange (David) of Apache Junction, Arizona.
