The memory of Casey Diane Stohs of Sabetha, Kansas, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 38, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Frank and Frances Jameson; and her uncle Bill Jameson. She is survived by: her parents, Steven Jameson and Regina Jameson (Smith) of Columbus, Kansas; her husband Robert Stohs; her children, Lola and Sonora of Sabetha; her siblings, Erin Johnston of Altamont, Jordan Epler (Lucas) of Columbus, Nathaniel Jameson of Columbus and McKinley Jameson of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandparents, Kevin and Marlene Smith of Farlington, Kansas; and her aunts and uncles, Connie Jameson, Susan Jameson, Linda Jameson, Starla Parsons (Mike) and Dawn Haase (Kurt). She is also survived by her six nieces; and her six nephews.
The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Popkess Mortuary (823 Virginia St, Sabetha, KS 66534). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1031 S 12th St, Sabetha, KS 66534). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St Rose of Lima Catholic Church (115 W Walnut St, Columbus, KS 66725).
