With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Gutknecht (Sabetha, Kansas), born in Moreland, Georgia, who passed away on June 6, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Combs and Zanna Combs (Moulton); her husband Max; her son Kenneth Gutknecht; and her siblings, Velma Lois, Helen Reynolds, Bobby and Gene Combs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolee Simmons and John Combs of St Joseph; and her children, Bill Gutknecht (Susan) of Idaho, Linda Landry (Stephen) of California, Dale Gutknecht (Mary) of Bern, Donald Gutknecht (Judi) of Louisiana, Lois Drury (Bob) of Lawrence, Hugh Gutknecht of California, Lonnie Gutknecht of Valley Falls, Connie Gish (Eric) of North Carolina, Wanda Stokley of Nevada, Samuel Gutknecht of Sabetha and Sarah Wiltz (Kevin) of Sabetha. She is also survived by her 25 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, and nephews.
