She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Garrett and Chloe Garrett (Essig); her husband LeRoy W. "Tiny" Betts; her sons, Brian Betts and Roger Betts; and her brothers, Duane Garrett and Melvin Garrett.
She is survived by: her son Alan Betts (Jan) of Hays, Kansas; her close friend Kenny Shepman of Russell, Kansas; her daughters-in-law, Sheila Betts of Shattuck and Trudy Betts-Boyd (Jim) of Ankeny, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Amber, Joshua and Ashley.
