He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Joseph and Mary K. Werner (Grewing); and his siblings, Maurice "Bill" Werner, Martin "Pete" Werner, Jr., Kenneth "Kenny" Werner, Martha "Joann" Houk and Cynthia J. Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Annette Zigler; his children, Heather Fletcher (John) of Russell, Kansas, Michael Werner (Becca) of Coopertown and Allen Werner (Jennifer) of Alvin, Texas; his former wife Judy Werner of Russell, Kansas; his siblings, Leo Werner (Vicki) of Newton, Kansas and Delores Smith of Topeka, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Amanda Werner, Corey Werner (Amber), Sarah Werner, Sean Werner, Thomas Justice Becker and Jessica Sudlow (Ryan). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting donations to Russell V.F.W. Post #6240 in Tom's name.
