He is survived by: his sons, Arthur and Maryln Boltin (Kaufman); his wife Melody Kay Vandergon; his sons, Malachai Boltin of Russell, Isaac Boltin of Camp Pendelton and Ezekial Boltin of Russell, Kansas; his parents, Art Boltin and Maryln Boltin of Bunker Hill, Kansas; his brother Shawn Boltin (Rosie) of Black Forest; and his niece Daniella Cavalier of Denver Colorado.
A Memorial, in lieu of flowers, has been established with Russell County EMS.
