He is survived by: his son Dale A., Sr.; his wife Lana Foster (Teel); his daughters, Sonya Schinkel of Lawrence and Stephanie Dunn (Chris) of Lenexa, Kansas; his stepsons, Douglas Foster (Bonnie) of Wichita and David Foster (Summer) of Alva, Oklahoma; his brothers, Dale Brock (Esther) of Spiceland and Dennis Brock (Carol) of Reading, Kansas; his sister-in-law Mickey Long; and his grandchildren, Jane, Peter, Neva, Merle, Sydney, Beau and Mary Kate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
