It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard S. Cross of Russell, Kansas, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Richard S. Cross to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Cross and Gloria Cross; his sons, Duane and Gregory Cross; his brother Douglas Cross; and his grandson-in-law Tim Henderleiter.

He is survived by: his wife Anna; his daughters, Cynthia Messeck (Mike) of Victoria and Gloria Homeier (James Schwien) of Russell; and his siblings, Geneva Teachman, Louisa Spiser of Ponca City, Darlene Ruch of Tulsa, Nila Branch of Winfield, Ila Vorasaph of Bangkok, Thailand and Edward Cross of Olathe, Kansas.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials given to the Russell Pride for the Rotary Splash Pad Fund and sent in care of Pohlman-Varner- Peeler Mortuary 610 N Maple Russell, KS 67665.
