He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Lewis, Teresa Jones, Clifford and Mae Moreland. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Moreland, Jr. (Sarah Falk) of Denver, Colorado and Kelli Geary of Russell, Kansas; his wife Jennifer Ginther; his children, Jace Hilbrink, Ryler Ginther, Sofia Ginther, Paxton Moreland, Jr. and Madilyn Moreland; his siblings, Tayton Moreland of Russell, Kansas and Courtney Moreland of Sylvan Grove, Kansas; and his grandparents, Dennis, Sr. and Sondra Moreland of Russell, Kansas. He is also survived by Uncles, Cousins and many close friends.
A Memorial has been established at the Moreland Children Education Fund.
