He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Ronald and Ruby Leota Chritton Torr; his wife Gwen; his stepfather Wallace "Pearl"; his children, Jan and Gary Mark Torr; his son-in-law David Goddard; his granddaughter Angela Goddard; his siblings, Harold, Nila McMinimy and Norma Walter; and his half-sisters, Tiny Moore, Pat Leiker and Dorothy Hamilton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susanna Hogan (Bruce) of Wichita and Jill Goddard of Bunker Hill; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Torr of Beloit. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Post Rock Humane Society.
