She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lincoln and Blache Bell Neusbaum (Ensley); her husband Woodrow "Red" Webb of Russell; and her siblings, Inez Gilmore (Herald), Winifred Hoskins (Wilfred), Veda LaRosh (Gerald), Dorothy Egeland (Bob) and Richard Neusbaum (Connie).
