She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. Kilian and Olinda Kilian (Krug); her husband James Lee Parkhurst; and her siblings, Frank Kilian and Doris Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Parkhurst of Wichita, Kansas, Daniel Parkhurst of Russell, Kansas, Julie Hamm (Mark) of Moriarty and Laura Coon (Jan) of Spirit Lake, Iowa.; and her siblings, Richard Kilian of Russell and Karen Stafford (Jim) of Phoenix, Arizonia. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Main Street Manor and sent in care of the mortuary.
