With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Cowley of Russell, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kathy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Kathy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Richard and Edna Kathryn Starnes (LeMansky); her siblings, Gregory Scott Starnes of Natoma, Kelly Gene Starnes of Ellinwood, Kansas and Lori Ann Kowalsky of Ellinwood, Kansas; her stepdaughter Meagan Eiland of Garden City, Kansas; and her pets, Bentley and Ellie. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial has been established as the Kat Cowley Memorial Fund.
