She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Louise Phillips (Walden) and Deforrest V. Phillips; her stepfather Chester E. Dale; her siblings, Jack Dale, David Dale and Catherine Theriot; and her close friend Joyce Wiseman.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Caroldine Dale; her niece Deborah Dale; and her nephew Bryan Dale of Hutchinson, Kansas..
In lieu of flowers donations are requested to be given to Wheatland Nursing Center of Russell, Kansas.
