He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Jo Boxberger; his son Nick Augustine (Amanda) of Olathe, Kansas; his siblings, Darin Augustine (Jill) of Wichita, Kansas and Dianne Lindeman (Dean) of Gilbert, Arizona; and his grandson Bentley Augustine.
