She is survived by: her parents, Ronald J. Hubka and Virginia E. "Ginny" Hubka (Lawrence) of Wilson, Kansas; her husband Dustin A. Vopat; her children, Bailey Vopat, Sydney Vopat and Lynley Vopat of Russell, Kansas; and her brothers, Jeremy Hubka of Wilson and Toby Hubka of Akron, Iowa..
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church of Russell, Kansas (415 S Windsor St, Russell, KS 67665).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Vopat Children's College Fund and sent in care of the mortuary.
