He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Ehrlich and Amelia Ehrlich (Ehrlich); and his son Thomas D. Ehrlich. He is survived by: his wife Twyla Mae Krug; his daughters, Tori Hall (Roy) of Russell and Tami Ehrlich of Manhattan, Kansas; his granddaughter Halle Anderson (Colton) of Russell, Kansas; his sister Angeline Green of Russell, Kansas; his niece Gwenna Green of Russell, Kansas; and his nephew Lionel Green of Russell, Kansas..

Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church and sent in care of the mortuary.
