She is survived by: her husband Dale Tammen; her children, Kent Tammen (Mary Jo) and Kayla Hardwick (Daryl); and her grandchildren, Ashley Perez (Tabre), Austin Tammen (Lindsey Morrissey), Tyler Hardwick, Samantha Shaffer (Phillip), Brandon Hardwick and Courtney Carlino (Daniel). She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and one sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the Rush County Fair Association.
