Petrik (Smrcka); his wife Mary Ann Herrman; his children, Troy Petrik and Tammy Leiker (Doug); his grandchildren, Ryan Petrik, Reece Petrik, Alisha Pennington and Andrea Rumler; his great grandchildren, Kadin Pennington, Trey Pennington, Bailey Pennington, Harper Rumler, Arlo Rumler and Madelyn Rumler; and his sister Patricia Rolfs.
