He was predeceased by: his parents, John Josefiak and Edith Josefiak (Wilhelm); and his sisters, Loretta Josefiak and Leola Seltmann. He is survived by: his wife Maxine; and his children, David Josefiak (Neil Sauder) of Wichita and Lynne Fahrney of Ponca City. He is also survived by three granddaughters; and six great-grandchildren.
