We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 88, Margie Lou Purdy of Rush Center, Kansas, born in Olmitz, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nordman and Augusta Nordman (Springer); her husband Jay M. Purdy; and her siblings, Maurice Nordman, Alice Oborny, Melba Stos and Norma Knight. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the Kansas School for the Deaf, Olathe, Kansas.
