He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Heiser and Neoma Heiser (Mohr); and his brother Wilbur Heiser. He is survived by: his wife Viola Heiser; his children, Ron Heiser (Alecia), Rick Heiser and Janet O'Rear; his granddaughters, Tasha, Trista and Hannah; and his great grandchild Hadley.
