As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joey Lee may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parent Merten Bevitt. He is survived by: his mother Valta Dreher (Ochs); his son Joseph Eller; his stepmother Mary Bevitt; and his siblings, Scott Bevitt, Kevin Bevitt, Jeff Bevitt (Jennifer), Sherry Gill (John), Sally Bevitt and Brenda Frei (Nicholas). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael's Parish Center (917 Lincoln St, La Crosse, KS 67548).
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to Rush County Fire District #3, Rush Center, Kansas.
