She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hemken and Minnie Hemken; her husband Alfred J. "Al" Chlumsky; and her brothers, Eugene Hemken and Edwin Hemken.
She is survived by: her son Michael Chlumsky; her grandson Michael Chlumsky (Linda); and her great grandchildren, Sophia Chlumsky, Chloe Chlumsky, O. J. Chlumsky, Dalton Chlumsky and Aryanna Chlumsky.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church - Rush Center (308 S Walnut St, Rush Center, KS 67575). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the Locust Hill Cemetery - Rush Center.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society or a humane society of the donor's choice.
