We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2020, at the age of 85, Doris Jean Nicks Hemken of Rush Center, Kansas, born in Hector, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Williams and Laverta Williams (Coffman); her former husband Don Nicks; her husband Norman Hemken; and her brother Geoffrey Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Dean Nicks (Cheryl), Philip Lang Nicks (Mary), Charles Lee Nicks (Gail), Kevin Arthur Nicks (Patty), Nancy Diane Werner (Mike) and Jo Ann Dobson (Shaun). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to Locust Grove Village, La Crosse, Kansas.
