He is survived by: his children, Jason Boese (Brandi), Aaron Boese and Brandi Boese; his siblings, Lavern Boese (Rosa), Rodney Boese (Janie), Glenna Belcher, Sandra Sauer (Dennis) and Marva D. McDonald; and his grandchildren, Diego Perez, Shaylyn Perez, Tristen Perez, Erin Perez, Mariah Byard, Gunnar Boese, Daelyn Boese and Liam Boese.
