He is survived by: his wife Amy Johnson; his children, Nicole Birkes of McPherson, KS and A. J. Scott (Diedre) of Roxbury, KS; his siblings, Jolene Hilty of McPherson, KS, Janis Ellis of Lindsborg, KS, Jill Scott of McPherson, KS, Jazell Bersuch of McPherson, KS and Jay Scott of Roxbury, KS; and his grandchildren, Kirk Barnes, Mia Birkes, Zane Scott, Hank Birkes, Tinley Scott, Wyatt Scott and Emily Flora. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
